I can’t log in to the admin panel

The Save button is disabled

Rich text editor isn’t working

  • Try refreshing the page
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try a different browser
  • Ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser

My domain shows “Error” status

  • Verify your DNS settings are configured correctly
  • Wait 24-48 hours for DNS propagation
  • Check that you don’t have conflicting DNS records

Domain works with www but not without

No data appearing in Google Analytics

  • Wait 24-48 hours for initial data collection
  • Check the Realtime report for immediate verification
  • Verify you copied the complete tracking code
  • Ensure “Enable Analytics” is checked in settings

The overall design is standardized to maintain brand consistency. You can customize content, colors, and images within your pages.

Can I add custom CSS or JavaScript?

Limited custom code can be added through the HTML block or by contacting support for specific needs.

Can I add forms to my website?
