Quick Troubleshooting
Section titled “Quick Troubleshooting”Before reaching out for support, try these common solutions:
Website Issues
Section titled “Website Issues”My changes aren’t appearing on the live site
- Wait 5-10 minutes for the site to rebuild
- Clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete or Cmd+Shift+Delete)
- Try viewing in a private/incognito browser window
- Check that you clicked the Save/Publish button
Images aren’t displaying correctly
- Verify the image was uploaded successfully to the Media library
- Check that the image file size isn’t too large (keep under 2MB)
- Ensure the image format is supported (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP)
- Try re-uploading the image
I can’t log in to the admin panel
- Verify you’re using the correct login URL
- Check that Caps Lock is off
- Try resetting your password
- Clear your browser cookies and try again
Content Editing Issues
Section titled “Content Editing Issues”The Save button is disabled
- Make sure all required fields are filled in
- Check for any error messages at the top of the page
- Try clicking outside the current field to trigger validation
- Refresh the page and try again (your draft may be saved)
I accidentally deleted content
- Check the Versions panel in the sidebar
- Restore a previous version of the page
- Contact support if you need assistance recovering content
Rich text editor isn’t working
- Try refreshing the page
- Clear your browser cache
- Try a different browser
- Ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser
Custom Domain Issues
Section titled “Custom Domain Issues”My domain shows “Error” status
- Verify your DNS settings are configured correctly
- Wait 24-48 hours for DNS propagation
- Check that you don’t have conflicting DNS records

Domain works with www but not without
- Set up domain forwarding at your domain registrar

Google Analytics Issues
Section titled “Google Analytics Issues”No data appearing in Google Analytics
- Wait 24-48 hours for initial data collection
- Check the Realtime report for immediate verification
- Verify you copied the complete tracking code
- Ensure “Enable Analytics” is checked in settings

On the login page, click “Forgot password?” and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Can I have multiple users managing my site?
Contact your administrator to inquire about adding additional users to your site.
How do I change my email address?
Log in to the admin panel and update your email in your user profile settings.
Content & Pages
Section titled “Content & Pages”How many pages can I create?
There’s no strict limit on the number of pages you can create.
Can I schedule content to publish later?
Currently, content publishes immediately when you save. Future scheduling features may be added.
Can I restore deleted content?
If you deleted content recently, check the Versions panel. Otherwise, contact support for assistance.
Customization
Section titled “Customization”Can I change the design/theme of my site?
The overall design is standardized to maintain brand consistency. You can customize content, colors, and images within your pages.
Can I add custom CSS or JavaScript?
Limited custom code can be added through the HTML block or by contacting support for specific needs.
Can I add forms to my website?
Yes, you can use the HTML block to embed forms from services like Google Forms, Typeform, or other form builders.
Technical
Section titled “Technical”What browsers are supported?
The admin panel works best in modern browsers:
- Chrome (recommended)
- Firefox
- Safari
- Edge
Is my website mobile-friendly?
Yes, all KofC Agent Sites are automatically optimized for mobile devices.
How often is my site backed up?
Your content is automatically backed up regularly. You can also use the version history feature to restore previous versions.
