Managing Your Agent Profile
Your agent profile is the cornerstone of your website. It’s where visitors learn about you, your experience, and how to contact you. This guide will walk you through setting up and maintaining your professional profile.
Accessing Your Profile
Section titled “Accessing Your Profile”- Log in to your admin panel
- Click on Agent Details in the main navigation
- Select your profile to edit
Profile Sections
Section titled “Profile Sections”Agent Name and Title
Section titled “Agent Name and Title”Your name and professional title appear prominently on your website.
Agent Name
- Enter your full professional name
- This field is required
Agent Title
- Add your professional designation (e.g., “Insurance Agent”, “Field Agent”, “General Agent”)
- This helps visitors understand your role
Agent Photo
Section titled “Agent Photo”A professional photo helps build trust with potential clients.
Uploading Your Photo:
- Click the Choose file button in the Agent Photo section
- Select an image from your computer
- Click Upload
Best Practices:
- Recommended size: 400x400 pixels
- Format: PNG or JPG
- Style: Professional headshot with good lighting
- Background: Neutral or professional setting
- Dress: Business professional attire
Agent Biography
Section titled “Agent Biography”Your biography is your opportunity to tell your story and connect with potential clients.
Tips for Writing Your Bio:
- Keep it concise (250 words maximum)
- Highlight your experience and qualifications
- Mention your connection to the Knights of Columbus
- Share what makes you passionate about helping clients
- Use a professional but approachable tone
- Include any relevant certifications or achievements
Example Structure:
I've been serving families as a Knights of Columbus insurance agentfor [X] years, helping them protect what matters most. As a proudmember of the Knights of Columbus, I understand the importance offaith, family, and financial security.
My approach is simple: I take the time to understand your uniqueneeds and goals, then work with you to create a comprehensiveplan that provides peace of mind for you and your loved ones.

Section titled “Contact Information”Make it easy for clients to reach you.
Agent Email
- Enter your professional email address
- This will be displayed on your website
- Visitors can click to send you an email
Agent Phone
- Enter your business phone number
- Include area code
- Format: (555) 123-4567 or 555-123-4567
Meeting Link
- Add a link to your online scheduler (e.g., Calendly, Microsoft Bookings)
- This allows visitors to schedule appointments directly
- Example:
https://calendly.com/yourname
Agency Information
Section titled “Agency Information”Provide details about your agency location.
Agency Name
- Enter the name of your agency or office
Agency Website
- If you have an agency website, add the URL here
- Include the full URL (e.g.,
https://www.example.com)
Physical Address
Complete all address fields:
- Address: Street address
- Suite: Suite, unit, or office number (if applicable)
- City: City name
- State: Select from the dropdown menu
- ZIP Code: 5-digit ZIP code
This information helps local clients find your office and builds trust through transparency.
Saving Your Changes
Section titled “Saving Your Changes”After making any updates to your profile:
- Review all your changes carefully
- Click the Save button at the top or bottom of the page
- Wait for the confirmation message
Publishing Your Profile
Section titled “Publishing Your Profile”Your profile updates are typically published automatically when you save. However, if you’re working on significant changes, you can:
- Save your work as a draft
- Review the preview
- Publish when ready
Best Practices
